| Welcome to our room and to the 5th grade! What an exciting time for us! As the year progresses things will just get better and better. Now, let me introduce myself. My name is Christy Flynn. I went to school in Jena, but I was born in Dallas, Texas. I earned an Associate in Science and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, both from LSU. I have been teaching since 1997 and each of those years has been spent in 4th grade here at OES. I am also a volunteer instructor with Wildlife and Fisheries. Our classroom is a safe place where the kids learn and have some fun while they are doing it. Welcome to our room, come in and enjoy your visit! | ||||
